About David
From Dublin to Edinburgh
I moved from Dublin to Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2015 to start a new life. My voiceover journey began in sports in 2019 as a football commentator for local club Hibernian FC. I sent an email, on a whim, and before I knew it, I had six years’ experience in football, working with numerous clubs.
Following this, my confidence grew, and I realised my real love was bringing media to life with my voice—be it for commercial, animation, audiobooks, gaming, or narration. With the help of two wonderful coaches and fellow voice artists, I am ready to enter the incredible world of voiceover and voice acting.
I will always strive to improve and be better than I was the day before, and although this journey is only beginning, I cannot wait to see what I can bring to life.
